When you book with Milberry Green Meadows, we've got your back. If something important goes wrong and we can't fix it, don't worry—we'll help you find a similar spot or give you your money back.

We are the first people you should talk to if you have any issues. Just send us a message or ideally call us on 07943 992921.
Here's what you need to know:

1. If We Cancel:
- If we cancel within 30 days of your stay, we promise to find you another place or refund you. [1]

2. Can't Check In:
- If you can't get into your hut/tent when you check in and we aren’t responding, we'll refund your money.[2]
​
3. Listing's Not Right:
- If Milberry Green Meadows isn't what was promised, talk to us first. If we can't fix it, we'll find you a new place or refund your money. (E.g. the heating not working in winter, a major advertised amenity such as the hot tub is not working - it doesn’t include more minor inconveniences, like a faulty lightbulb.)

4. 24-Hour Safety Line:
- If you ever feel unsafe, call us anytime. We'll come and help and/or call the authorities.

If you need us, give us a shout by phone or email. We're here to make sure you're taken care of.
[1] This does not include unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond our control that prevent us from providing you with a place to stay. Force majeure may be covered by your holiday insurance. See our T’s and C’s for more detail.
[2] This applies to our usual check in time of 3 pm – 7 pm only.
